1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on RewardMatrix, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or use this platform.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
- You must be a resident of India with a valid government-issued ID.
- Only one account per person is allowed. Multiple accounts will result in permanent ban.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
3. Referral & Reward Program
- Rewards are earned by completing levels in the matrix and meeting minimum direct referral requirements.
- Artificial referrals, fake accounts, or manipulated activity will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of rewards.
- RewardMatrix reserves the right to verify all referrals before approving any reward claim.
- Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless specifically marked as a cash voucher.
- Level progression is based on your direct and indirect network growth as per the matrix structure.
4. KYC (Know Your Customer)
- KYC verification is mandatory before any reward can be delivered.
- You must submit valid Aadhaar or PAN documents along with a selfie.
- False or forged documents will lead to permanent account suspension and legal action.
- KYC documents are stored securely and used only for identity verification purposes.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Creating fake or duplicate accounts.
- Referring family members under fake identities.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate the matrix.
- Sharing misleading information about the platform while recruiting others.
- Any form of fraud, deception, or misrepresentation.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
RewardMatrix reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found engaging in prohibited activities, fraud, or violation of these terms — without prior notice and without obligation to refund or deliver any pending rewards.
7. Limitation of Liability
RewardMatrix is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from network inactivity, delayed reward processing, or changes to the reward catalog. All rewards are subject to availability.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
